To apply to Little Marbles Montessori School, the following completed forms and supporting documentation are needed:

 

• Application Form- completed
• Copies of the following:
• Your child’s birth certificate
• Your child’s clinic card
• Parent/ guardians I.D documents
• Proof of residence
• Transfer Cards (if applicable)
• Indemnity form
• Previous School Report (if applicable)
